The CCF Demonstration Program funds intermediary organizations that provide capacity-building
assistance to organizations. Intermediary organizations serve as a bridge between
the federal government and these organizations. During their project period, the
intermediary organizations provide grassroots organizations with at least two types
of assistance: technical assistance and sub-awards. For more information on the
